Why individual happiness  coaching?

Individual Happiness Coaching is a tailored happiness program which teaches you simple techniques and practical tools to improve the way you think and feel.

We’ve worked with people from many walks of life and what we’ve seen over and over again is people searching for happiness and contentment outside of themselves, rather than within. When you’re constantly looking for happiness elsewhere, it can make life very difficult.

You may not realise it but you already have everything you need, inside you, to feel happy and peaceful. During this individually tailored program, we can show you how to find it and use it.

How it works

The Individual Happiness Coaching works as follows:

Step 1: Free 30 minute discovery session
Prior to starting your program, we offer a free 30 minute discovery session. Here we can get to know you, your challenges, hopes and aspirations. This session also includes a pre-coaching preparation questionnaire, where we can clarify the specific goals of your program.

Step 2: Core happiness modules (1.5 hours)
Together, we then work through a series of core modules. These involve:

  1. Understanding what happiness is
  2. Understanding the mind and the heart as key tools for happiness
  3. Meditation
  4. Discovering what’s good in our life

Step 3: Tailored happiness modules (1 hour each)
Following these core modules the next sessions will be tailored to suit your needs. For example a topic structure may include:

  • Improving our thinking
  • Finding a clear direction in life/work
  • Improving relationships
  • Addressing lifestyle issues (such as alcohol dependence, exercise or poor sleep)

Personal Development: Individual Happiness Coaching

Resources and support to assist your development

As part of the program you will not only receive expert guidance, but also:

  • Free copies of our most popular meditations for the mind and the heart;
  • A tips and tools sheet with our most effective happiness tools;
  • Guidance to improve your habits, which is essential to changing the way we think and feel.

Telephone support between sessions

We’ll be here to touch base between sessions if something urgent crops up.

Option to continue with single-sessions

We offer ongoing appointments for clients who have completed a coaching program. These can be scheduled at your convenience.

Cost of sessions

Sessions are $260 per hour.

Coaching quality guarantee

We know that you will be very satisfied with the Individual Coaching Program. However, if you are not happy with the quality of the coaching by the end of Step 2 of the program, we will provide you with a full refund.

Delivery methods

We offer this program across Australia and the world via video communications such as Skype and Zoom. This means you can do the training on your phone, tablet or laptop, anywhere in the world.

FAQs

I’m not sure if I want to get straight into a program. Can I do a single session?

As part of the program we offer the free 30-minute discovery session (Step 1) during which, you can decide whether this is for you. You can then simply undertake one paid session (Step 2), and decide from there if you want to continue with the tailored happiness modules (Step 3). If this sounds good to you, then get in touch and we can arrange a time for your first session.

I’m not sure if I should do individual happiness coaching or meditation. What would you recommend?

Both of these programs involve meditation. The benefit of doing our free 30-minute discovery session is that we can begin to understand your needs and the tools that will work best for you. If you then decide that you want to use meditation without the support of our other happiness tools, we can guide you through the meditation program. However, if you decide that the additional happiness tools would be of benefit, we can develop a more extensive happiness program that suits you.

I’m not that interested in meditation. Does that mean you’re wrong for me?

Not at all. Not everyone we see is interested in meditation or mindfulness. However, the practice of mindfulness is really just another way of saying being present, curious, self-aware and non-judgmental. The practice of meditation involves relaxing the body, calming the mind, and strengthening the heart. Our programs are designed to fulfil your needs.
